How long do guests have to upload their photos and/or videos?

The upload window for your event depends on your event tier:

• Free - Uploads end 1 day after the event date
• Starter - Uploads end 1 month after the event date
• Plus - Uploads end 3 months after the event date
• Premium - Uploads end 6 months after the event date

Your event goes live at 12:00am on your event date. Event dates are locked-in upon purchase; however, you may contact support in the event you need to change your original event date.
